行完中環大館去覓食, 見正門對面有間叫鳥匠的串燒店, 門面唔錯就入去試試! Menu只有英文日文對照, 日本鳥即係雞, 咁緊係以食雞肉為主,仲係由日本師傅親自主理,火喉控制得唔錯。首先試下雞翼、雞潤同雞軟骨,雞翼燒得好香口,皮脆肉嫩, 雞潤好軟綿,雞軟骨非常爽脆。然後到雞湯卡邦尼烏冬,將雞蛋拌勻雞蛋,入口細滑香濃。燒豆腐同燒蛋卷都十分有驚喜。接著到稀有部位, 今次只有其中三款,全部都燒得好香脆,入口軟嫩多汁,而雞腎邊就非常爽口。最後就係海膽三文魚籽和牛, 和牛好肥美,入口即溶,,再加埋海膽同三文魚籽,鮮味無窮,真係貴得有道理。再食埋甜品,呢餐十分滿足。
