岩盤牛扒在喺北角都開咗分店喇!記得第一次食係喺荃灣分店,搬到港島後都好耐無幫襯。氣溫驟降,正係時候食「咋咋聲」嘅鐵板牛扒,整個用餐過程都可以食到熱辣辣嘅食物。岩盤選用來自日本嘅牛肉,喺點餐處即叫即切即秤,感覺實在得多。餐廳採用先付後取方式,餐牌選擇豐儉由人,由$50-70肉丼,到因應肉類等級由$100多至幾百嘅鐵板牛肉都有,我地揀咗200g後腰三角肉同餐廳新出嘅富士山石板封門柳飯。等待過程中可以透過玻璃睇到烹煮過程,同時嗅到肉同油脂熏香。粉藍色米粒堆成富士山狀,極度吸睛,底下嘅飯粒俾鐵板灼成焦香,香脆口感混入牛肉特有嘅油香更加惹味可口;封門柳喺坊間餐廳較為少見,屬於牛橫膈膜下嘅肌肉,每隻牛得一條(大約兩塊牛扒大小),肉質緊實,油份少,肉味濃,特別適合中意啖啖肉嘅食肉獸。廚師因應牛肉部位貼心地預留較生嘅程度上碟,過熟容易疑肉質太韌影響口感。後腰三角肉正好相反,屬於牛前腰與後臀之間,由於較少運動所以脂肪量較豐富,油香重之餘又不失牛肉該有嘅韌勁。200g份量對於女士的胃嚟講已經足夠,所以無加配飯或沙律,鐵板牛扒餐會附上香甜粟米,將營養拉返均衡XD三角肉較為厚身,所以食起來感覺更實在飽滿,一口

可惜呢日金牛(芒果雪糕加忌廉)全部售罄,改配了黑牛,食住熱野飲返啖冰火嘅感覺特別過癮,同時起到解油膩效果,為呢餐飯寫上完美嘅句號。
