今日嚟到荃灣廣場嘅和牛燒肉一郎,呢度有我最愛嘅日本和牛。餐廳好寬敞,坐得低最少百幾人,有豪華貴賓包廂、沙律吧、飲品區同甜品區等等。呢度有唔同嘅放題套餐,週日同週末嘅成人價格會有啲唔同,小朋友嘅價格就維持不變。趁住休假就帶埋我屋企人一齊嚟食頓好嘅,我哋點咗D套餐。D套餐入面有特選拌生牛肉、炙燒牛外橫膈膜刺身、炙燒特選拌生牛肉,仲有黑毛和牛四款,包括肉眼、牛肋肉、肩胛肉同一口牛。套餐入面少唔到海鮮組合,最令人眼前一亮嘅係巨大原隻魷魚筒,睇落去好新鮮。一桌嘅美食擺上桌,特別好影相。🤗四種唔同嘅和牛部位,食出唔同嘅口感。如果你想更加了解呢啲部位,可以請服務員做啲介紹。燒牛肉可以根據自己嘅喜好,鍾意幾分熟就自己決定,只需注意火候就得。我個人特別鍾意一口牛,軟嫩多汁,非常好食。生牛肉同蛋黃爆漿搭配,一口食落去真係太美好。鍾意牛肉嘅朋友絕對唔可以錯過呢度,性價比意外地高,唔使擔心食唔飽,只需要擔心食唔夠。
