聽朋友說天龍燒鵝是米芝蓮2星的中餐廳的燒味部主廚開的店,今日去開銅鑼灣,就決定入去一試。 餐廳全日不停地燒製乳豬和燒鵝,保證新鮮美味。我哋點了兩個一人套餐$150,有齊小食,白飯,油菜同老火湯。其中一個是原隻燒鵝髀拼叉燒,另一個是拼燒腩仔。涼拌青瓜爽脆,酸酸地,開胃又去膩。燒鵝髀色澤金黃,皮脆肉嫩。鮮嫩的肉質在口中融化,配上香脆的皮,簡直是絕配👍叉燒也肉質細嫩,入口滑嫩,肥瘦均勻,帶著微微的甜味同焦香,香氣四溢。 燒肉亦烤得恰到好處,皮脆肉嫩,每一口都充滿了肉香同脆卜卜嘅口感,讓人回味。 菜心綠油油的,經過適度的烹調,保持了蔬菜的鮮甜口感。
