而我在多款涼菜中,當然看中五香燻魚 Smoked Fish ($68)。一般餐店會採用鯇魚,而這裏卻選用鱸魚,較高價。肉質實淨帶些香脆,並不乾身亦不嚡口,每件均沾酸酸甜甜醬汁,烹調入味,味道美味!

海參是一種高蛋白、低脂肪、低膽固醇的珍貴食品,對老媽有益,故必點給她。餐廳有幾款海參菜式,我揀了蔥燒海參 Roasted Sea Cucumber with Scallion ($158),一客約有七八件,簡以配上京蔥,若然加些菇片就更吸引。海參非常滑身,沾滿鹹香的芡汁,烹調入味,味道濃郁,如果用來佐飯或拌麵就一流。

牛肝菌黑松露班片 Stired Fried Garoupa with Boletus & Black Truffle Sauce ($218)散發着陣陣黑松露香,還充滿菇香,好誘人。以爽嫩的蘆筍、爽甜的甘荀和大量爽口的野菌作為配菜,當然不少得富獨特菇香的牛肝菌,菇味香濃,質感腍嫩中帶微爽,好討我喜歡。
