🥢紅磡 日式木系定食新分店豚肉生薑燒慢煮九宮格🥢之前有去過大角咀一間主打日式慢煮定食的人氣小店,幾鐘意佢哋家的手工慢煮定食同埋醬油蛋,最近在紅磡開了新分店所以特別去了試吓🥢紅磡店裝修同大角咀風格一樣,日式木系風格,檯及椅子都係好有質感的木材,有花紋的磨砂玻璃窗,如果晏晝過嚟嘅話有日光照射時一定好美,環境感覺更舒適開揚🥢豚肉生薑燒$68 +$8醬油蛋 🥢呢到的定食最平只係$58 就有交易,今日揀了紅磡店獨有的豚肉生薑燒 ,豚肉片用了生薑燒汁煮過非常惹味,配上加了醬油蛋的烏冬,整碗烏冬充滿蛋香連湯都飲埋🥢晚市套餐九宮格 $378 +$8 醬油蛋今次試吓佢地的九宮格,可以一次過食到佢地的全部慢煮系列,成個套餐可以兩人share ,只需揀選係沙律及冷盤, 烏冬或蕎麥麵同飲品就得🥢用上慢煮封門柳加入了自家製雜菌雜菌燒汁製成,封門柳肉味較濃,有少少似食緊牛扒咁的口感,黑毛豬唔會有油膩感,感覺清新,用上肉桂蘋果蓉口味甜甜的口感,估唔到咁夾,鴨胸用上柚子BBQ醬,有油份而且味道肉質有彈性咬口,磯燒鮑魚用醬油煮過,甜甜的又幾軟熟,另外北海道帶子幾鮮甜🥢沙律必點「柚子紫薯青蘋果沙律」係佢地的signatu
