香港近年興起吃廚師發辦😆,除了因為可以吃到時令食材,也可以有滿滿的驚喜感✨,所以我也很愛吃廚師發辦呀! 常常吃壽司的廚師發辦?! 不如也試試串燒版本啦💕! 開業不久的• 🇯🇵 𝕄𝕚𝕫𝕦•是間主打日式串燒的餐廳,同時也有提供手工咖啡和玩味十足的調酒飲品。多種元素的影響下,環境也不像一般的串燒餐廳走傳統日式裝潢路線,反而是有點慢活咖啡店的風格哦~ 「 廚師和牛發辦🥩$688 」 包括: 2道前菜、6款串燒、1道和牛、2道和食、主食和湯,份量豐富☺️。 前菜是雞蛋沙律,調味不錯,也雪得夠凍😚。 6款串燒有 秘製雞肉棒棒、三黄雞腿肉🍗、雞皮蝦卷🦐、雞翼墨魚滑、白鱔 和 日本豆腐燒。招牌雞肉棒棒,肉質香軟,沾上蘭王蛋黄,更加好吃😍。三黄雞腿肉,肉嫩鮮美,皮脆肉嫩。雞翼墨魚滑非常特別,點廚師發辦才會有的哦~沒想到餐廳的串燒會如此好吃,每一款都值得追加!!! 鹿兒島A5和牛🥩是今晚我最愛的一道菜🤗,和牛肉又嫩又腍,脂肪甘香,配點芥末和蔥,更加美味。 2道和食是牛舌和炸雞,牛舌滷得入味,味道甘甜。不過炸雞炸得過久,有點點過火喉呀。 最後有明太子飯團🍙,大家更可以把飯團放入湯中,一飯兩食呀~
