今天約了舊同學一起吃飯，由於好耐沒見，所以希望選擇一間既好吃又可以看着靚景聊天的餐廳。聽說這聞餐聽的食物水準很高，又富英倫風，又有維港靚景，加上在英國沒有食過，所以決定試食這間了。先來餐前麵包，果然外脆內軟，極富麥香。再來薯蓉和沙律，薯蓉香滑，沙律菜新鮮香甜。薯條應該是即叫即炸，熱辣辣的，薯味十足。主菜是羊仔肉，外皮煎得香脆，羊肉嫰滑，配以秘製醬汁，醒胃惹味。甜品是Crepe Suzette，由專人即場烹調。首先用Cognac和橙酒調好醬汁，然後將crepe放入醬汁內繼續烹煮。看着這個烹調過程已經流晒口水，吃了一口，酸酸甜甜的，吃完後濃濃橙味仍縈繞在口腔內，齒頰留香，這款甜品真心極力推介！下次有機會想試試他們的Afternoon Tea！
