To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天出海遊船河,回程於西貢碼頭,朋友們各自歸家,我們沒有計劃但又太累不想煮飯,於是坐車到將軍澳選了最快捷方便的大家樂晚餐,吃完立即回家休息。我想吃點菜,但發現不多有菜的餐,就點了個叉燒飯,起碼有幾條菜😅,想不到叉燒的味道及口感也不輸蝕。老公則點了什麼紅燒豆腐飯,可惜豆腐太硬,實在吃不下..
