一聽落去個名就似曾相識,就係一場戲個名,究竟呢出戲同埋一間餐廳個名有啲乜嘢關係呢?哈哈,其實我都唔知道^ _ ^我淨係知道呢個名聽落去就令到我好有記憶,有人問起我嘅時候,我實會記得有呢一間餐廳!今日叫左個二人套餐,大概有十款嘅食品,有冷盤,有湯,有主菜,有蔬菜,有炒飯,一應俱全。頭盤--燻蹄,牛展,冰鎮鮑魚。個鮑魚個樣整出嚟就覺得好似罐頭,諗住應該都唔會有乜嘢特別嘅驚喜,但係食落去完全唔似罐頭,感覺係一種炆左好耐,好入味嘅鮑魚。咬落去好淋,鮮味。就算食到落個鮑魚心入邊都會有種味道散發出來,好夠味。淮山猴頭菇螺頭燉豬展--對於平時冇乜湯水飲嘅人嚟講,呢到嘅湯水可以講話係佢嘅思物。一盅盅燉,燉兩三個鐘,火候夠,而且材料十足。你地睇下個猴頭菇幾大!明燒大蝦--大蝦夠大隻,肉質爽,多肉。汁料味道濃,火喉控制得岩岩好,汁嘅多少剛好,唔會太稀又唔會無汁。西蘭花炒鮮斑片--西蘭花經預先烚熟,爽口。班片肉質厚而嫩,唔會散,證明真係新鮮嘅魚做出,只有新鮮魚先會有呢個口感。蒜落炒菜心--簡單得嚟又絕對唔會有錯嘅菜式。籠仔蒸雞--蒸雞加左紅棗,杞子,感覺上會比較養顏,滋補。雞底下仲有粉絲同埋金菇,拒地索晒啲

欖菜肉碎炒飯--而家出面好少可以食到欖菜嘅製品,味香,特別。以我所記得欖菜係潮州色嘅食品,所以我就會比較熟悉,一食就知。唔知你哋有食過呢?比起蛋白瑤柱炒飯更有風味。

新蒸武門呢個名真係改得幾好,但我後今日起除左會記實呢個名之外,亦會記得拒嘅味道。
