火鍋控今日又黎銅鑼灣食新野朋友介紹一間新開左幾個月既正正港式火鍋喺門口見到個燈牌嘅時候已經覺得係好舊式嘅裝修,但係又好矛盾地成間野都好新原來係呢一間鋪頭嘅裝修特登整成咁一入嚟已經見到有海鮮同牛肉檔,坐嘅一張張枱都係類似大排檔feel ,但係每張枱嘅間距就好闊餐牌嘅設計都好大排檔feel, 醬油費每人$15(好多種醬料,仲可以任加),前菜每碟$20湯底我地擇左雙拼- 胡椒豬肚+($158)手切肥牛(大)$328必食,好大碟肥牛,肥瘦適中,300幾蚊一碟真係好抵食白鱔片 $88非常新鮮,有大約八片,切既厚薄度岩岩好。雙籽鮮蝦雲吞$75裏面好似有兩隻蝦,雲吞皮好薄,職員話係自己包,真係幾好味 。炸魚皮$52即炸夠新鮮,又大片,咬落啖啖都好脆,浸完湯都好夠味。豬腳筋$48呢個好特別,唔係好多地方有得食,但起碼要放落湯40分鐘左右先好食,因為如果唔係就唔夠淋身。
