︎︎我真係唔多食鐵板燒,對一次都唔知係幾多年前,午市更加未食過,但知道午市一定會平啲,所以就上網搵下抵食嘅午市鐵板燒,新鮮食材,每樣都用心處理,款款都咁好食!環境有兩張鐵板燒枱,估唔到午市都已經坐滿另一張枱!餐牌可以揀Omakase或者午市精選,我哋就揀咗後者。午市精選𝟸人前套餐 $𝟷𝟸𝟾𝟶/𝟸人 沙律.前菜 是日沙律、前菜為粟米凍湯配荔枝漬蕃茄及鐵板蒸蛋。粟米凍湯帶粒粒粟米粒,雖然係凍湯,但味道都好濃郁,清涼口感好清新。鐵板蒸蛋比平時所用嘅時間耐啲,川同平時食嘅好唔同,蛋漿新鮮煮起,口感十分順滑,蛋味濃之餘感覺好creamy(無加奶都creamy),配上紫蘇花、龍蝦汁,難怪成日話最簡單嘅食材先係最難煮得好食! 季節燒魚 季節燒魚為金邊魚,師傅先炸魚鱗,再煎香魚肉,大玩fusion配酸菜魚汁,炸魚鱗好香口,沾上酸菜魚汁好似小食咁,至於魚肉亦好鮮嫩。 南非鮑魚 生南非鮑魚即席係面前處理,冇加任何調味,本身嘅鹹味就係來自海水鹽味,彈牙帶海鮮味,沾上伴碟嘅鮑魚湯醬鮮味更濃。 沙巴虎蝦 沙巴虎蝦大大隻,同樣即席係面前處理,蝦頭會用嚟煲湯再比客人享用。即切即燒,肉質爽脆、蝦味鮮甜,配上紅椒汁更

主食方面有3款牛肉可選,我哋要美國牛肉,師傅亦會問你想要薄切定厚切,我哋揀咗厚切,五成熟,碟邊有新鮮山葵(芥末)及鹽漬昆布。假如覺得唔夠鹹嘅就可以同鹽漬昆布一齊食,比起平時淨係灑鹽上去嚟得有誠意。牛肉肉質飽滿且帶肉汁,口感juicy,我鍾意同新鮮山葵一齊食,一啲都唔攻鼻,反而更突出肉鮮。

至於日式傳統炒飯無用油,而係加沙律醬◉‿◉ ,我係一個勁鍾意沙律醬嘅人,所以本身勁驚,但估唔到將沙律醬撈勻喺飯裏面炒,令飯香氣更盛,食落去仲覺得飯帶滑身,一啲都唔乾,係屋企都可以試下(笑)

食埋炒野菜之後就到甜品,可選雪糕或咖啡,是日雪糕係開心果味,我哋揀雪糕,師傅再會烘麵包加上白砂糖,變成脆焦糖面,食落去口感好似蝴蝶酥,襯雪糕食好正。
