To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現時市面上有太多的手搖飲品,每間飲品店都會諗諗新意思,令更多人關注,令更多人購買。 今次,我同老公去了維園散步, 慢慢行去天后尋覓一下有咩好野食。 結果俾我發現到一間行小清新風格的手搖飲品,他們的裝修,我9秒9就衝過去, 因為係果到影相一流係果到影文青相一流。 小店外牆就有得座,剛好見人係到溫書。 係咁綠化嘅環境溫書,應該好易入腦入返正題先 ,睇返餐牌主打以新鮮果汁打成的手搖飲品。 不是用調味料、色素糖,已經令我好吸引。 結果我叫咗兩杯左手邊: 芒果優格 見他們以新鮮芒果肉整成,每啖飲落去好fresh ,而且係清甜,並非一味的死甜。 感覺整個人都健康好多。 右手邊:草莓優格蓋茶可以看到有三個層次,最底果層係綠茶底, 中間是鮮榨草莓蓉 ,最上果層是好厚實嘅奶蓋。 每次飲落去都有驚喜,一樣不是死甜,是感受到天然的果糖,仲有粒粒草莓蓉咬到,正。 下次到天后,要試下其他果飲先
