呢間野係黃埔,位置有啲偏僻。坐火車到紅磡都仲要行一陣先到,不過最近韓風盛行,呢種韓式餐廳大受歡迎,咁特別既海鮮食法都係第一次聽,所以一定要去試下啦~平時食海鮮一係係屋企食呀媽啲蒸魚呀、炒蟹呀,或者直接去食刺身。今次係九重鮮食既係蒸既海鮮,有三種湯底,靠蒸爐將湯底蒸發,然後煮熟海鮮。所以啲海鮮好唔好味,都睇到新鮮程度和都幾睇湯底有無料架~我地今次揀左人參雞湯底,等左差唔多10分鐘,終於野食黎到啦~原來佢一幢咁黎好震撼,每一層都有唔同海鮮同埋蔬菜。啲海鮮的確鮮甜,而最低層都有人參雞湯底既味,而且貝殼類既海鮮啲殼度會留有湯汁,所以粥底十足,好鮮甜。而在係咁多仲海鮮入面我最鐘意食啲魚,因為佢地夠入味。朋就就鐘意扇貝,夠厚身而大隻,口感一流。最後兩個人食連加一一共九百幾蚊,價錢不算十分平宜,但喜出望外,佢海鮮質素和最後個個人參雞湯粥都好足料,值得一試。
