將軍澳翠湖海鮮酒家的菜式充滿港式風味, 每碟餸都好傳統酒家的款式。 最鍾意的鳳爪滷得入味,口感好正,一咬即骨肉分離,帶點微甜的醬汁滲入其中, 非常好食 ,鹹蛋燒肉飯是鹹香與肉香的,燒肉皮脆肉嫩,鹹蛋的濃郁風味完美滲入米飯,每口都充滿住港式嘅味道。虎皮尖椒外皮焦香,內裡爽嫩,配上特調醬汁,微辣中帶點甘香。馬蹄爽的清甜爽, 同埋佢煎得恰到好處 唔會好燶,最後以燉蛋作結,口感滑嫩細膩,蛋香濃郁, 也不會太甜, 甜美適中。無論是地道港式點心還是飯菜,這裡的風味都值得細味品嚐,令人回味無窮。
