元朗國新開左間鐵板燒,仲要近我😍係朗屏站行一陣就到。我地揀左性價比高既「櫻」一人前套餐,已經有齊8道美食,師傅燒之前細心比我影低食材,望落好新鮮好靚仔。日本粟米配生火腿露筍粟米甜,火腿甘香,好開胃。白甘鯛配明太子醬厚厚既魚肉用半煎炸方式整,見到師傅即場倒新鮮油👍🏻魚肉清淡,配較濃郁既醬汁好對味。北海道帆立貝帆立貝本身已經好鮮甜,再加上入味嘅三文魚子、松葉蟹肉同蟹膏,超級好食。鵝肝慢火煎到外脆內軟,黑醋醬汁同埋燒過嘅水蜜桃中和左油膩感。封門柳牛味濃郁又唔羶,配鹽昆布同芥茉醬又係另一種美味。麵豉湯夠晒熱炒飯材料豐富,洋蔥、煙肉、蛋炒得好香。自家製雪糕抹茶味香濃,開心果雪糕有驚喜,真係有粒粒開心果而且味道好濃郁。
