咁耐冇去日本,除咗掛住shopping,總會有啲餐廳令你心掛掛。相信唔少人都有食過利久牛舌,炭燒加厚切,個種味道同口感都會著迷。近排發現原來土瓜灣開咗一間牛舌專門店,忠誠為咗牛舌關注組既熱話,咁恨去日本🇯🇵,掛住咁耐,一於去試吓佢,睇吓佢可唔可以止癮。餐廳就喺天光道斜路,裝修都幾簡潔,有日本風。店員就話上手係壽司店,啱啱接手冇耐,遲下慢慢加多啲菜式,不過都係用牛舌為主。➤極上牛舌 1.5倍因為多人share,揀咗1.5倍,大概有8至9塊厚牛舌,兩個人share我覺得都OK,大食仔建議可以加多個小食。店員介紹,極上牛舌係用牛舌芯,會係最嫩同爽口,牛味濃。餐廳會配Wasabi同豉油,不過我覺得輕輕加少少鹽係最好食。➤熟成牛舌價錢冇咁貴,當然就係用上當用牛舌,職員就話牛舌經熟成,冇咗牛嗰陣內臟味。雖然真係冇咁嫩,但一樣都係咁爽口。➤泡菜芝士玉子燒另外仲嗌咗個玉子燒,泡菜包住軟綿綿嘅蛋。淨係蛋捲都好好送飯。➤鰻魚定食 因為想試多啲嘢,另外嗌咗個鰻魚定食,鰻魚份量唔少,都算厚身。➤紅酒汁煮牛舌 呢個有驚喜!味道好濃,帶少少蕃茄甜味,牛舌相對淋身。味道啱啱好。另外所有定食會有一個湯 蒸蛋 沙律,蒸

呢個有驚喜!味道好濃,帶少少蕃茄甜味,牛舌相對淋身。味道啱啱好。

另外所有定食會有一個湯 蒸蛋 沙律,蒸蛋都滑,如果可以加多啲材料就更加好。

職員態度好好,仲周不時會同你傾偈。佢話如果唔鍾意食飯嘅話,可以轉烏冬或者沙律,減醣嘅朋友可以試吓!

價錢拎利久比較,咁又真係有啲唔公平,點都係飛去日本食開心啲。
另外仲嗌咗兩杯啤酒,同朋友傾吓偈chill下,我感覺其實都好正。

雖然貴少少,但喺香港近少少,隨時可以食到炭火牛舌,其實都幾唔錯。
