To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝修後首次黎逸東軒食晚飯,之前多數都是中午飲茶水準穩定,近幾年都係米芝蓮一星餐廳,新裝修和餐具有一種古色風味,可惜樓底比較低聲音和壓逼感都比較大,今次人數不多所以叫的菜式較小雪梨瘦肉湯,清甜潤喉濃郁豬肉味非常足料北京填鴨配料新鮮,鴨皮脆但味道沒有太大驚鴨肉生菜包,鴨肉調味十足配合生菜恰到好處蠔皇冬菇炆節瓜.兩樣蔬菜都入味荷葉沙姜陳皮生煎雞飯,雞塊入口有陣陣沙姜香味,飯先炒後蒸,雞油和荷葉香味滲入飯中!
