今次試左佢個雞湯蘿蔔,非常特別!首先,佢個濃郁既雞湯沈到d蘿蔔好有味,非常新鮮既一個配搭!另外佢仍然可以維持到入口即溶既感覺,成件事好match!

另外佢個薰蛋亦都係一絕!一上檯既時候有好多煙走出黎好igable! 食入口既時候都好有煙薰味,喺個口入面久久不散!

佢個鐵板小籠包都好有Gimmick, 唔係用蒸籠上而係用一番鐵板上,令到個小籠包更熱,不過個皮就相對上厚左d。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
