To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先嚟杯雪糕紅豆冰!紅豆比例佔4分1,煮到有少少起沙,即使加埋雪糕落去都唔會太甜,不過可能冰粒多咗啲,所以奶味一般般,主要靠雪糕去提味,如果冰粒可以改用埋碎冰/刨冰,感覺就更加懷舊喇!

吉列牛扒的外觀有點似炸魚柳,切開後就能看到肉色粉嫩的牛扒,不過脆皮跟牛扒有點分離的跡象,要小心地將牛扒切開才不至完全皮肉分離。入口表面香脆,而內裡則帶點口感,牛扒帶少許肉汁,份量同樣十足!

而另一份套餐就選了焗咖哩雞飯多士盒~多士盒是切切實實的,用一個四四方方的麵包,騰空中心位置,加入咖哩雞飯,然後再放進焗爐。多士盒頂是滿滿的咖哩雞,咖哩汁還多得瀉了下來!再加上金黃色的烤芝士,吸引極了!

多士盒表面香脆非常,咖哩汁帶微辣,薯仔煮得夠腍入味,而雞件則大大件的,同樣惹味!切開多士盒的一息,再翻開咖哩雞,終於看得見白飯了,不論是白飯或麵包配上咖哩汁同吃,一樣相配!不過白飯及麵包同樣是撐胃之物,建議二人分享為佳

巨型梳乎厘 (原味)$88

最後的主角就是巨型梳乎厘!!有抹茶及原味可供選擇~雖然梳乎厘比人頭還要大!但由於內裡密度不高,所以作為飯後甜品也不怕~梳乎厘入口綿綿的,由於已經預先加糖,所以無需再添加煉奶。梳乎厘充滿了蛋白香,底部相對濕潤,幾經辛苦下二人終於把這個巨型梳乎厘消滅了!
