Restaurant: Wing Hing Ice Room

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近成日見人討論7蚊抹茶蛋撻,我就忍吾住去一試。假日既lunch就選擇左係依間冰室食,其實坊間都好多依類型既冰室,新舊交融。雖然叫做冰室,但裝修比較新潮帶點懷舊元素,佢地既食物亦然。有懷舊既蛋撻、菠蘿油等等,亦有焗飯多士盒依啲玩味啲既食物。既然我係衝住抹茶蛋撻而去就梗係點左先!抹茶味係有的,加上蛋撻本身有既甜味同滑度,我覺得可以!不過撻底就稍為淋左啲,如果再酥脆啲就好。(人地收你7蚊雞仲要求啲咩)另外朋友嗌左個咖哩雞飯多士盒,另有蕃茄焗豬扒飯多士盒。咖哩帶微辛更惹味,雞件都幾嫩滑。食到多士其實都好脆身,但食落就稍乾身,我諗叫店員再拎多啲咖哩汁會錦上添花!最後就必嗌左個抹茶雪山梳乎厘 真係好大份,抹茶部分係最底,好似蛋白蛋糕既抹茶味甘,而上面既蛋白都吾算太膩,只不過我地太小人食 食吾晒,如果4人分就會ko到。

抹茶味係有的,加上蛋撻本身有既甜味同滑度,我覺得可以!不過撻底就稍為淋左啲,如果再酥脆啲就好。(人地收你7蚊雞仲要求啲咩
