07/08/2010: 北角渣華道街市" 新翠華小廚".1:搖柱扒時蔬:扒西蘭花好d(不過瑤柱很多,材料十足)2:沙薑雞腳:雞腳炆得"好林",煮得好入味.3:金蛋黃煎中蝦:其實中蝦夠新鮮嫩滑,廚師炒至咸蛋黃乾身得來薄薄地包著全隻蝦殼,可以說是集咸香鮮於一身.(水準不錯)4:蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝:扇貝味道濃而香甜,再加埋啲蒜蓉粉絲好入味.5:蜜椒雞翼:雞翼夠晒大隻,夠脆夠香口又唔係太辣.6:招牌皇帝骨:味道酸酸地,送飯一流,夠醒胃.**由於飯是用炭爐即煲的(原始風味的煲飯法),也知道新翠華小廚炭爐煲仔飯在銅鑼灣很出名,飯香撲鼻之餘亦能感受到炭燒的獨有風味.**7:麻辣海鮮煲仔飯:好特別,第一次試用海鮮整既煲仔飯,麻辣好夠辣,但唔係好夠香.8:滑雞排骨臘腸煲仔飯:飯吸了雞油的味道, 又有焦得剛好的飯焦.p.s:店員非常親切,服務也很殷勤;飯後還會主動問我們食物質素如何云云。係個唔錯的搵食地方,經濟又好食不妨一試這間新翠華小廚吧。GOOD GOOD!! 所以我會繼續來幫襯!!
