馬鞍山又開新餐廳啦!這間是潮式酒家名字也很特別。這裡佈置得很古色古香,感覺很舒服擺設很講究。滷水鵝四拼盤(鵝肉、鵝腎、五花腩肉、紅腸)鵝肉厚實,鵝腎爽脆,五花腩肉很有層次肉鮮甜肥肉爽口不油膩,配料還有滷水蛋同豆腐,每樣都非常入味。蠔仔烙即點即做的蠔仔烙很夠火候,下層煙韌餅底配上層外脆酥炸面夾住中間的蠔仔很特別,吃下有幾種口感。潮式糖醋麵煎得非常之香脆,薄薄的麵餅口感好厚實,可以加沙糖或陳醋吃,酸酸甜甜的糖醋麵同廣東菜煮麵是放湯或撈麵嘅感覺很不同。
