韓牛牛小排:輕輕一烤已經油香四溢,油花紋理集中且雪花均稱,好juicy 的口感。
和牛牛肋骨邊肉:骨邊肉賦予其咬嚼既咬勁,最適合韓烤,將其包在生菜內+泡菜到齊食更美味。
和牛西冷:也是輕輕一烤,肉質柔軟,優質和牛肉身呈現嫩紅色,肥美肉嫩、入口溶化。

仁川活鰻魚:店員把活鰻魚放在炭爐上燒,燒到佢開始蜷縮,之後就用剪刀剪開4塊,再慢慢烤燒,鰻魚肉厚,完全無細軟骨,外皮更加燒到十分香脆,還可配醬汁一齊食更鮮味多汁!

越南墨魚🦑:顏色好白滑,將每面燒到金黃色,入口爽滑,好有咬勁,個texture 都唔錯,再點醬汁更鮮味!

和牛豆腐湯: 稍有微酸辣,但尚可接受,有溫泉蛋、滑嫩豆腐再加上鮮嫩和牛粒,這道湯味道酸辣開胃,是一道必備的健康養生好湯品!

柞木糖餡餅:南瓜🎃餅皮夾住果仁粒再加上少許糖整成既糖餡餅,幾有創意,食落口又唔會太甜,仲有爽脆既果仁粒增加咬感!
