位於尖沙咀iSquare,主打新派潮州菜,裝修亦充滿格調,中西合璧。當日非常滿座,我地就坐喺吧枱位置品嚐潮州菜式,感覺有趣。前菜✨串茄核桃沙律 - 好清新;✨茅台醉鮑魚 - 最喜歡醉鮑魚,爽口彈牙,而且酒味夠香濃;✨普寧布包豆腐 - 豆腐外脆內軟,蘸上白醋好好味。✨胡椒豬肚湯胡椒味好香但唔會好辣,豬肚好腍而且唔腥。用蠟燭一路保持湯嘅溫度,飲完好暖胃好舒服。✨日本椒仔炒嫩牛牛肉片的確好嫩滑,加上紅黃綠椒,惹味非常,而且顏色都幾鮮艷。✨碧綠川椒雞雞件好入味好嫩滑,但有少少串燒川椒麻香,配上脆香珍珠葉,不錯。✨蜆肉鵝肝炒飯呢個配搭好新穎,飯粒分明,帶有少少咸香。✨燕麥一口薯預先燴熱嘅蕃薯外層蘸上砂糖同燕麥,整體味道唔會太甜,反而幾鍾意呢個口感。
