同事介紹銅鑼灣有間新派潮州菜館叫鬼滷,有係鬼咁好食嘅滷水食物,講到咁好食,今晚就同老公過嚟試吓,菜館是樓上舖,裝潢以紅色作主調,環境幽雅,又係一個打咭好地方。滷水鵝片、鵝腸、慢煮鹽香雞:上枱時店先在碟下點一小火,以保持碟上食物溫度冇咁快凍,熱住食係好味啲!鵝片切得均勻一致,紋理細緻,而且滷得入味,鵝香滿溢,吃罷齒頰留鵝香。鵝腸乾淨冇異味,爽脆有咬口,滷水比一般滷水味道較淡,不死鹹,滷汁晶瑩,愈嚼愈香。鹹香雞因為係慢煮,所以雞肉特別嫩滑入味。蘭王蛋蠔餅:蠔餅煎炸得好酥脆,用上蘭王蛋蛋味特別香濃,蠔仔亦脹卜卜好飽滿,加上木魚碎和兩碟醬汁,令味道提升不少。椒鹽普寧豆腐:普寧炸豆腐是廣東潮汕最傳統菜之一,普寧豆腐由於使用優質的水源製作,豆味更香濃,口感外酥內嫩,配上自家製韭菜鹽水,可解油膩之餘,風味更獨特。黑松露蔥油拌麵:麵條軟硬適中,加上蔥油和黑松露醬,一入口黑松露的味道濃郁且味道層次豐富,越食越滋味!
