今晚去的餐廳位於銅鑼灣,餐廳主打新派潮州菜,以紅色和木色為主調,十分吸睛,非傳統中餐設計。餐廳不算很大,除了一般座位,亦有個吧枱,設計別具一格。滷水拼盤🦢拼盤可以自選三款或五款,選了三款,主要有招牌滷水鵝肉,爽口鵝腸,還有啖啖肉的豬仔脾,更配有香滑炸豆腐。滷水夠入味,更用了蠟燭令拼盤保持溫度。怕不夠味,更可蘸醋汁和自家製辣醬。蠔仔粥🥣十分足料,除了有大大粒蠔仔,亦有方魚碎,蠔仔飽滿香滑。而蔥、芫茜🌿和菜脯可以按自己喜好添加,菜脯爽脆少辣,加分之選。蠔餅🦪蠔餅用了蘭王蛋,蛋香十足,外皮十分香脆,咬開有香口幼滑的蠔仔。配上兩款不同的醬汁,一款是甜甜的辣醬,另一款是魚露,更加滋味。
