天氣沾寒沾凍係時候食油潤美味嘅烤鴨了今次我將介紹過江龍嘅內地食肆主打新派浙菜,位於圍方商場嘅“綠茶”更邀請杭州米芝蓮黑珍珠大廚俞斌設計限定升級香港菜式,更加符合港人嘅口味4000呎餐廳以好優雅簡約嘅佈置好啱家人或友人聚餐連侍應都著上唐裝,好古色古香體驗 🦆蔥香脆皮烤鴨皮脆肉嫩,我好鍾意食酥脆香口嘅鴨皮,鴨肉又帶有鹹香又不太油膩,更圍上新鮮香口嘅香蔥,簡直係色香味俱全! 🐷花菇燒豬手我無法抵擋濃郁醬汁味豬手,豬皮好Q彈,豬蹄軟嫩又好咬,鍾意食豬手嘅理由怎能錯過?底部更有好入味嘅花菇。 🐟雪菜酸湯魚片我估唔到佢係無骨脆肉鯇,完全唔腥,微酸又醒胃,令人吃唔停口,我連啖湯都飲埋。 🍚黑松露牛肉炒飯珍貴嘅黑松露配上醬油飯,好有鑊氣,味道剛剛好,炒到粒粒分明,好有口感。
