今日提早慶祝父親節,帶老爹食下新派粤菜,我地早過晚飯時間少去去,所以可以坐到窗口位。好豪氣咁叫咗幾個餸,食到好飽。冰鎮話梅涼瓜 - 第一次食唔係切片上嘅苦瓜,但意想不到嘅入味,酸酸甜甜,味點回甘,連平時唔食苦瓜嘅細佬都覺得好食,呢碟前菜瞬間KO。藍莓鮮淮山 - 話明新派菜,呢個真係好創新。因為藍梅醬係甜味,淮山沾上藍梅醬,可以當甜品。黑松露帶子炒滑蛋 - 香、嫩、鮮齊晒! 松露嘅香氣配上嫩滑的炒蛋,加上帶子嘅鮮味,呢個配搭係無敵嘅,而且帶子嘅份量都好多。脆米魚湯海星斑 - 全餐晚飯嘅重點主角,大家都期待佢係點樣嘅賣相。果然犀利,條魚來勢洶洶,比人分咗屍,拆埋骨,個樣都仲想游埋嚟咁款。哈哈! 其實係大廚好有心思,將條魚起骨蒸,擺位好靚,灑上香口嘅脆米。魚骨用嚟熬湯,食嘅時候將湯倒落碗度同魚肉、脆米一齊食。呢個餸真係有驚喜,食法夠新穎,魚又厚肉又夠滑,鮮甜嘅魚湯同脆米一齊食,做到互相提升味道嘅功效,魚湯同脆米都比我地掃光。星洲醬蝦球配薄餅 - 店員話每檯客都叫呢個菜,星洲醬香辣惹味,有d蕃茄酸甜,開胃之選,原本店家是配饅頭,但咁啱今日冇,改為配薄餅,我覺得仲好,咁樣食更有星洲風味。拔絲咕嚕

,原本店家是配饅頭,但咁啱今日冇,改為配薄餅,我覺得仲好,咁樣食更有星洲風味。

拔絲咕嚕肉 - 咕嚕肉是一啖放到入口嘅size﹐令食客食得方便。而菠蘿係用新鮮嘅,大件過咕嚕肉,可能就係咁,所以煮出嚟嘅菠蘿仲保持到清甜嘅菠蘿汁。
另外,我地仲叫咗d例牌野:無骨貴妃雞、脆皮鮮燒腩仔、乳鴿 - 雞夠晒滑、腩仔皮夠脆、乳鴿夠入味,全都合格。

最後仲要送埋甜品,完美!

呢餐老爹好滿意,仲話要下次嚟食其他煮法嘅魚。
