今次去到銅鑼灣一間新派的潮州菜館,店內裝潢新派,座位寬闊,令人有種舒適的感覺。好特別是店舖用爆谷代替傳統的花生作小吃,香脆熱辣辣,好好味。蜆仔肉生菜包,新鮮蜆仔加入肉鬆,味道清甜,另外加入脆卜卜的炸粉絲一齊用生菜包住,增加了口感,非常好味。主菜的滷水併盤,可選3款或5款滷水美食。本身的滷水汁味道清甜,不會搶走每樣食材的味道,非常夾。滷水鵝肉,肉質非常鮮嫩,有肉味。鵝腸,卜卜脆,不太肥但很香。豬仔脾,啖啖肉,肉質嫩。滷豆腐,滑滑有豆味。蠔仔粥,粒粒肥大飽滿的蠔仔,鮮甜新鮮,粥底味道很好,再加入香蔥及菜莆,更加好味。潮式冷糕,傳統潮式的甜品,入面有花生粒,煉奶,外面有朱古力醬及士多啤梨,Fusion後另有一種特別感覺,好好味。

潮式冷糕,傳統潮式的甜品,入面有花生粒,煉奶,外面有朱古力醬及士多啤梨,Fusion後另有一種特別感覺,好好味。
