又來到 Happy Friday,加上翌日是除夕,所以心情特別輕鬆。早前一家人去了尖沙咀  The ONE  吃火鍋放題,覺得食材質料唔錯,所以這晚就決定再接再厲,不過今次就揀咗一間價錢比較經濟實惠的新派任食火鍋《鍋心》。從網上資料得知,店裡的夜市火鍋,以入座時間計算,劃分成兩個時段,分別為 5:00pm-9:30pm 及 9:30pm-2:00am,前段成人收費 $158、小童 $98,而後段成人收費就 $138、小童 $98,星期五六日、公眾期假及前夕,每位加收 $10,不過如果 7:30pm 前結賬離座的話,則每位減 $10。火鍋店位於旺角太子道萬年大廈一樓,沿著樓梯拾級而上,原來店內地方不大,座位擺放得密密麻麻,而且通道頗為狹窄,僅夠一人穿過,幸好入座時,時間尚早,店裡食客不多,可以揀個搶手靚位。安頓後先揀湯底,原來這裡的湯鍋,口味都幾豐富,免費湯底選擇共有 6 款,包括四川蕃茄鍋、正宗麻辣鍋、川式酸菜鍋、粟米豬骨鍋、皮蛋芫茜鍋和豆腐清湯鍋;而收費湯底就有台式薑母鴨鍋 ($68) 同高雄九尾雞鍋 ($68);揀了清甜的粟米豬骨鍋。趁湯底未滾,一於先外出混醬,店裡的醬油配料選擇亦

趁湯底未滾,一於先外出混醬,店裡的醬油配料選擇亦勁豐富,雖然全是大路貨色,但竟然有 11 款咁多,包括鮮沙薑碎、炸蒜茸、蒜茸、火鍋豉油、潮州辣椒醬、指天椒絲、芫茜、汕頭沙茶醬、花椒油、麻醬和翠綠蔥花。

至於飲品方面,見兩個凍櫃都擺得滿滿,細心一看,韓式特飲、果味啤酒、錫蘭紅茶、罐裝忌廉、可樂等,一應俱全,一於拿幾罐回座位慢慢嘆。

返回座位後,原來家中的小鬼已經為大家點了不少食物,火鍋生料以餐車呈上,而且擺得滿滿,那就事不宜遲,立即開餐。有兩個食肉獸在場,當然是先吃肉食,這兩款分別是手切肥牛和滑牛肉;前者脂肪分布平均,灼至七成熟,口感嫩滑;而後者滑牛肉,由於切得較厚身,所以入口肉味頗濃。

至於這兩款滑雞柳同豬頸肉柳,水準亦唔錯,前者肉質嫩滑有雞味;而後者豬頸肉柳,雖然看似肥瘦混雜,但其實脂肪含量不高,灼熟後勁爽口,用嚟打邊爐就最啱,令人吃得開懷。

海鮮方面,其實選擇都幾豐富,有海蝦、鱔片、脆骨腩、脆鯇魚片、新鮮魚雲、草鯇魚腩、鮮魷魚等;為免眼闊肚窄,所以只點了三款,分別是生猛海蝦、白鱔片和脆鯇魚片。幾款之中,老公最愛就是大海蝦,讚蝦肉入口爽脆鮮甜,而且夠曬彈牙,屬 encore 之選。

不過筆者就反而鍾情白鱔片脆鯇魚片,前者鱔片切得厚薄均勻,灼熟後吃起來鮮味爽口;而後者鯇魚片看起來亦超薄,以滾熱辣的湯鍋拖幾拖就熟,入口爽脆彈牙,鮮味十足,好食到唔停得口。

如果仍然未夠飽肚的話,當然也可以點些麵食米粉和烏冬之類。至於甜品方面,其實這晚店裡只有兩款雀巢雪糕供應,不過大家已經吃得很飽,還是淺嘗即止。

原來小店早市、午市及下午茶有即製即蒸點心供應,睇嚟要找個時間,一家人再來嘆茶。
