魔鬼天使小籠包 ($58)魔鬼小籠包用咗墨魚汁皮,黑蒜肉,豬肉同海膽。食落去味道比較重,皮都煙韌,食到有少少海膽味,但因為係熟海膽,所以就變咗做香味而唔係鮮味天使小籠包就用咗帶子,豬肉,魚子醬。食落比較下,呢個小籠包係較鮮甜,個湯清啲,魚子醬都帶到少少鮮味~小龍蝦湯包($38 一隻)第一次食咁大隻既小籠包入面啲湯係多到你唔信,所以先會跟一支飲管俾大家飲哂啲湯先再慢慢食。湯係幾鮮甜,但亦都有少少油,所以飲唔哂! 打開個大籠包,好多小龍蝦好足料記得要趁熱食~雪菜肉絲炒年糕($68)雪菜肉絲份量都算幾足,年糕煙煙韌韌,夾埋啲雪菜食係唔錯~ 但味道可以濃少少。黑將軍墨魚水餃($48)墨魚皮味道食落同普通既水餃皮差不多,但感覺上好似煙韌啲入面用咗魚肉同墨魚,食落較軟滑,墨魚粒亦都爽口。最後先介紹個頭盤,藍莓山藥($48) 用乾冰坐係旁邊,食落就更冰凍,淮山上面有藍莓醬,下面有南瓜蓉,撈埋食超級透心涼另外一樣特別既地方係呢度加咗茶芥之後係每人都有獨立茶包,再自己泡。大家飲唔同既茶都可以一齊食飯啦
