喜歡每樣材料都很入味,特別是那滑嫩的生根更是精華來著,火腩也煮得很鬆化的
滑滑的魚肉也很不錯,只是都帶有刺的 吃的時候要更小心點啦

右邊 : 韓式牛肋骨煲﹝HKD$228﹞濃甜的牛肉香氣,輕輕用筷子一撥就能分開骨頭
肉質很腍滑不黏牙的,裡頭更帶有爽滑的膠原蛋白呢,那醬汁也超好下飯的

石窩糯米蟹煲﹝HKD$398﹞整隻霸氣的肉蟹就在香甜軟綿的糯米飯上
糯米飯很軟軟QQ的加上不少的配料,讓我邊說飽了還是邊在吃
最後還吃到一點也不淨,糯米飯在寒冷的天氣下就是有這股魔力

白雪龍皇炒麵 這道菜曾得過獎來頭好像不少耶
如雪般美的蛋白及爽彈的龍蝦肉淋在乾爽彈牙的麵條上,是偏清淡一些的口味
但吃得出龍蝦肉的鮮味,也可以加入一點點醋來提味

大量的果肉 每顆都很甜美不酸,淋上滿滿的花奶...這天找到了跟我同樣都愛花奶的朋友
