近呢五年飲茶已經唔再局限係酒樓、茶樓,隨住好多新式點心店嘅興起,飲茶好似變咗食茶餐廳咁方便就腳!環境餐牌 雪山叉燒包 $25我超鍾意食雪山叉燒包,佢個皮都做到甜脆口感,入面叉燒餡正常,如果餡同皮中間空位再減少啲就更好! 8號蝦餃皇 $19 點可以唔食燒賣蝦餃,大大粒,蝦肉彈牙,蝦餃皮都唔會話太易爛。 鵪鶉蛋燒賣 $30另一半鍾意食鵪鶉蛋燒賣,同樣咁彈牙,有時都怕燒賣豬肉碎有股異味,呢到絕對無問題,無沾上醬油就無咁單調。 鴛鴦鮮蝦米網腸 $36話到明新式點心店,點會無啲新穎款嘅點心?啲款鴛鴦鮮蝦米網必點,一邊係橙色,一邊係綠色,食上去雖然無分別,但美觀都好緊要!腸粉皮包住兩層超脆米網,入面就係彈牙蝦肉,口感豐富有層次! 牛肉煎蛋蒸飯 $49望落覺得唔大,但食落2個人夠哂!佢嘅牛肉餅係牛肉丸嘅味道,配上煎蛋加甜醬油,鍾意佢嘅飯硬身少少有口感。 擂沙煎堆仔 $25 最後用傳統與非傳統之間嘅擂沙煎堆仔做甜品,煎堆仔嘅外層入面係黑芝麻餡,趁熱食仲有啲流心加流沙口感更正!
