Restaurant: Café de Coral (Hennessy Apartments)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 乍看這兒的環境,很難想像這竟是大家樂,與小時候那種「紅、藍、綠、白」顏色椅子截然不同。這兒就像「低級南小館」般,帶點格調,桌面有些字句,還設有充電桌,雜誌欄。這兒不少內地人,地產經紀,卻又有不少伯伯婆婆。花生醬西多士+紅豆沙;在銅鑼灣能夠用<$20吃到下午茶,感動。對面澳門茶餐廳吃兩件葡tart都唔止。 雖然標榜花生醬,但中間的花生醬少得可憐,像只有一層極薄的醬,只是比白麵包好;西多士切成兩個三角,外皮香脆而不算太油膩、亦沒油益味。我想是由於這兒比較繁忙,貨如輪轉,不會將食物囤積起來,新鮮即製,自然好吃。紅豆冰較差,紅豆多,但椰汁很少、甜味不足、冰亦不夠,只有平日冰的三分一份量 ,結果不太夠冷 。

雖然標榜花生醬,但中間的花生醬少得可憐,像只有一層極薄的醬,只是比白麵包好;西多士切成兩個三角,外皮香脆而不算太油膩、亦沒油益味。我想是由於這兒比較繁忙,貨如輪轉,不會將食物囤積起來,新鮮即製,自然好吃。
