I visited a newly opened coffee shop near Pak Tsz Lane Park in Sheung Wan. I‘m not sure if it’s because it‘s fresh out of the oven or due to its somewhat remote location, but on that public holiday afternoon at 3 PM, the shop was particularly quiet. I ordered a Flat White, and the coffee was decent, smooth on the palate with balanced flavor. It didn’t have any obvious flaws, but it also wasn‘t memorable enough to impress. In terms of price, at $48 per cup, I found it a bit on the high side, slightly expensive.
