將軍澳天晉開左呵係好耐,都有幾間唔同的餐廳進駐,行過見到呢間放題的門面最光猛,就入去試左佢先啦!係人都知食放題係分時段定價錢既,呢度都係,但最平同最貴的時段,都係差40蚊港紙,大家黎食既話真係唔洗再為左慳錢而食六點半或者9點半!呢度d剌身選擇都幾多,點餐紙唔寫吞拿魚寫左拖羅當然係一大亮點!隔離位的牡丹蝦都好大隻,又係一大亮點呀!真係無令人失望呀!拖羅好肥美,入口有魚油香,但絕無肥膩的感覺。牡丹蝦同隔離位一樣咁大隻,肉身通透,味道鮮甜,無雪味,水準相當唔錯!大路之選三文魚剌身同樣係正野,剌身有光澤,魚肉同脂肪的間隔分明,師父切得比較厚,令入口的感覺更加豐富!壽司方面叫左款,火炙三文魚和和牛,三文魚正常啦,半生熟壯態從來都好吸引人,只要唔好燒得太乾就ok,佢係做到既!和牛壽司都唔錯,入口有牛香,但係師父好似燒耐左少少,太乾身,如果下次食唔係燒咁耐就好更好!飲品紙上面有一樣好少出現係放題的飲品,叫泡沫咖啡,一場黎到就試下啦,話哂都食左咁多魚生,叫杯熱野暖下個胃係好d既。佢既味道當然唔係咖啡店的水準啦,但係又唔會差到入唔到口既,只係比平時我地飲開既淡味少少,可能真係一下子食左好多野,我覺得中和
