要說到香港擴展得最快的拉麵店,非金鶴拉麵莫屬。這個拉麵品牌主打雞白湯拉麵及鰻魚飯,深得食客喜愛。今天來到中環荷里活道的分店,才知道剛推出了史上極濃雞白湯拉麵!記得之前試過原版雞白湯拉麵,味道已十分濃郁,不知道新版會是如何?拉麵上桌時的雞湯香氣已叫人垂涎,奶白的湯下是滾燙而彈牙的拉面,之上是脆炸牛蒡、雞肉與叉燒片。驚嘆的是雞肉塊是冷的,一半浸於熱湯中,讓人同時吃到冷熱交融的感覺。拉麵湯底的確更濃稠、更香醇,喝起上來帶點黏性,讓麵條掛湯力強,真的達到200%濃度啊!點了一份燒雞泡魚乾,非常惹味!
