文華雞飯,我記得初初拍拖時,同老婆去過柯士甸道店,之後就一直冇食過,今日竟然有雅興忽然起行,走黎大角咀搵返呢間食。舖頭都幾大,都幾多位。白雞飯套餐($75)套餐有雞、油飯、油菜同細肉骨茶(或飲品)油飯做到粒粒分明,香而不膩。雞可以選白雞或燒雞,我就食白雞,雞肉做到皮爽肉嫩,起晒骨,皮肉間仲食到少少成啫喱狀嘅皮下精華添。檯上擺放左三色醬,即係黑豉油、辣醬同薑蓉。食新加坡式海南雞飯點可以冇三色醬呢?至於肉骨茶,實不相瞞,在下今日至第一次飲,有啲藥材味,可能年紀大左,味道又接受到喎。另外仲叫左碗喇沙雞米粉($55),湯底都算辣,有椰香味,濃郁又惹味!不過雞放湯好似唔係好夾,配魚片同蝦仁可能會好啲。
