位於銅鑼灣鬧市一角的天天海南雞店面挺大,有室外和室內之分。今次我坐在大電視機前面可以望到廚房的位置,不時可以窺探到師傅如何處理菜式。一進來店員細心我們遞上餐牌和斟上熱茶,餐牌上琳琅滿目的食物,每款都有參考照片都十分之吸引。為免選擇困難症發作,我們點了冬天煲煲暖胃二人餐,既有中份招牌海南雞和雞油飯,還有古法肉骨荼,海南雜菜煲和芥末黃金八爪魚,另外加點陳年金桔蜜。等店員把餐點放滿整張檯,就來開餐!首先來一碗肉骨茶暖胃,肉骨茶不少得古法瓦煲,煲蓋一掀起來濃濃的胡椒香味撲鼻。肉骨茶十分之足料,有數件大件一字骨、豆卜和豬肚。湯底重胡椒味,飲起來屬溫潤,令人瞬間和暖。另一方面一字骨經慢慢熬煮,肉質較軟。味道真的與在新加坡食的一模一樣。接著當然要品嚐主角海南雞,雞件味道清香、口感厚實、肉質鮮嫩。店家亦很貼心地去除大部分的骨,因此每一啖都感受到高質的海南雞。淡黃色雞皮看來十分吸引,使平日會挑開雞皮的我也不禁嘗試。原來雞皮非但沒有油膩感,而且口感爽滑,一層薄薄的啫喱更是點綴。當然不可缺少的三色醬,每種醬汁都香濃,不過我始終支持黑醬油。油飯香氣十足,飯粒飽滿,油而不膩,令人一口接一口。另一個瓦煲內是海南雜

另一個瓦煲內是海南雜菜煲,則有豬腎、肝、蝦米、雜菇、西蘭花、椰菜花、小棠菜、芋絲等,浸熱湯奉上。對於喜歡吃菜的人來說,絕對不會失望!
