To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺角新世紀廣場剛開了「翡翠拉麵小籠包」的新分店,久不久便會幫襯這品牌的我,這一夜便與老婆仔一起去吃了一頓晚餐。店舖地方偌大,環境也簇新明亮。雖然位於商場5樓的較高位置, 同層又有「小南國」與「北京樓」等對手,生意看來也頗佳,顧客甚多。兩夫妻坐的桌子鄰近開放式的師傅拉麵位置,時不時看見師傅表演拉麵功夫。 兩口子這夜來得稍晚,大家都已感肚餓,所以點的東西也較多。兩道前菜----「香煎素鵝」($58)與「花雕醉雞」($72)都份量十足,即使價錢不算怎麼便宜,仍然抵吃。兩者中,「香煎素鵝」較為可喜,味道適中,餡料亦多;「花雕醉雞」酒味頗濃,賣相也精緻,但雞的肉質不是太好,就未能令人完全滿意。 值得一讚的要算是一客三件的「蘿蔔絲酥餅」($38),外層酥化,內裡燙熱,味道也好,絕對是出色之作。世界真的變了,天氣極度反常,都已經立秋了,還是那麼悶熱,讓人特別想吃點開胃菜,一道「蟹肉蕃茄冷麵」($80)正合時宜。這冷麵的材料除了蟹肉和蕃茄之外,還有青瓜絲和蘿蔔絲,色彩鮮明,開胃清新,吃來感覺甚為舒服。饞嘴的我還點來「清炒河蝦」($120)佐膳。這道我十分喜歡的杭州名菜可是這晚最不抵吃的一道菜,百多元一

饞嘴的我還點來「清炒河蝦」($120)佐膳。這道我十分喜歡的杭州名菜可是這晚最不抵吃的一道菜,百多元一道的菜式,雖然味道尚佳,但蝦仁份量不怎麼多,性價比實在算不得高。

店舖推出了數款「夏日特飲」,既然一場來到,也想試試。我喝的是「冷鮮橙綠茶」($30),老婆仔喝的則是「鮮檸檬茨米水」($18)。我的「冷鮮橙綠茶」茶味較出,可惜橙味欠奉,只是一般。老婆仔的「鮮檸檬茨米水」聽她說就還不錯。

最後還有「薑茶湯丸」 ,薑茶夠勁,辣得過癮,湯丸大大粒,皮薄軟滑,黑芝麻餡甜膩可口,與「蘿蔔絲酥餅」一樣都是這頓晚餐中我最喜歡的菜式。

正所謂「有麝自然香」,只要菜式水準高,質素好,無論地舖、商場還是商廈中,也應該不愁生意不好的。
