To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十月一直覺得以連鎖燒味店質素來說,太興較美心、大家樂更物有所值,靠得住粥店比太興集團收購後,出品仍保持水準,是堅持美味原則的飲食集團,聞說老闆及出品部經理常在Mega Box的大廚房研發新菜,又會辦私房形式酒宴,然而只聞樓梯響,直至食友K.T兄發起的私房大閘蟹宴,才有機會一嚐另一風味的太興。是夜菜式甚豐,先說燒味拼盤,叉燒瘦肉多肥肉少,吃起來有彈性,味調得好,比較肥叉,我還是喜歡肉性強一點部分,是晚的很滿意。蟹不算贅手,卻是足六兩有餘,反行其道,先吃易冷的蟹腳,今日的大閘蟹肉很難會有鮮甜難忘的味道,是日蟹肉薄有蟹鮮、纖嫩,滿意了,惜蟹醋是行貨,吃起來很嗆,蘸蟹的話僅有鮮味都會被掩蓋...更多小菜X蟹宴故事分享@http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2009/11/blog-post_19.html
