To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為之前YouTube睇片有介紹呢間餐廳，所以就同朋友嚟幫襯。星期日中午去到，餐廳人流都算多。餐廳餐牌有分兩種，第一種係比較中式，多數係蒸飯之類，第二種就係比較西式例如有All day, 意粉，沙律。我叫咗一個雞扒配沙律再加多$18杯凍latte。雞扒大件夾抵食，加埋沙律菜，滿足我想食肉嘅慾望同時都感覺上比較健康。不過呢間餐廳最大嘅特點係你喺度幫襯一個餐，佢就會免費提供一個餐比有需要嘅人士。所以呢一餐付予左另一層意義。
