師傅切到片片厚薄都好平均,燻蹄肉質軟嫩。
識食一定要連皮食,骨膠原呀嘛💃🏻
海蜇沾滿芝麻粒,再加埋麻油,好夠香味🤗
不過就鹹左少少🤏🏻🤏🏻如果淡d會更好。
口感方面 爽口💥脆身,🙅🏻‍♀️唔會好似橡筋咁🙅🏻‍♀️
