
我同朋友一人叫咗一個晚餐,分別係煎封黃花魚同四川重慶口水雞。餐廳用QR code落單,感覺方便而且一目了然。

晚餐每人都有一個老火湯,嘢食未嚟之前可以開一開胃食住先。

黃花魚煎得非常之香脆,甚至魚尾都可以食得,同時魚肉就仍然鮮嫩軟熟,亦都唔會太乾。

口水雞有冇想像中咁辣,啱啱好刺激到味蕾又醒胃,適合鍾意食辣但係又唔敢食太辣嘅朋友。

我哋另外叫咗碟菜心,非常鮮嫩翠綠。

飲品方面我哋叫咗佢哋出名嘅冰鎮奶茶,茶味好濃,非常醒神。

朋友就叫咗杯檸檬茶。
To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
