To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要數香港最好食嘅台灣菜,呢間一定係我心目中嘅頭幾名👍🏻刈包係每一次嚟都要食嘅,中間嘅肥豬肉入口即溶,同埋啲酸菜同花生粉配合得天衣無縫,仲要用蒸籠裝住,包非常軟熟,唯一美中不足係嗰日個包上枱嗰陣唔夠熱牛肉麵嘅牛肉亦都非常入味,一啲都唔會靭,個湯底亦都好夠味,麵底又勁多,一定唔會唔夠飽蛋餅用嘅餅皮係類似手抓餅嗰隻皮,個人就唔係話太鍾意,但係每一嚿都勁大嚿,食一舊都好飽芝士奶蓋綠茶個奶蓋非常濃厚,真係名副其實嘅肥仔水😂菜式:- 刈包:$39- 招牌紅燒牛肉麵:$75- 黃金皮蛋(套餐加$9)- 肉鬆雙重起司蛋餅:$42- 芝士奶蓋綠茶:$29味道:🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤/5性價比:🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤/5

刈包係每一次嚟都要食嘅,中間嘅肥豬肉入口即溶,同埋啲酸菜同花生粉配合得天衣無縫,仲要用蒸籠裝住,包非常軟熟,唯一美中不足係嗰日個包上枱嗰陣唔夠熱

牛肉麵嘅牛肉亦都非常入味,一啲都唔會靭,個湯底亦都好夠味,麵底又勁多,一定唔會唔夠飽

蛋餅用嘅餅皮係類似手抓餅嗰隻皮,個人就唔係話太鍾意,但係每一嚿都勁大嚿,食一舊都好飽

芝士奶蓋綠茶個奶蓋非常濃厚,真係名副其實嘅肥仔水😂
