To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

整家酒家的侍應，是大陸人？懂得什麼叫禮貌？

昨晚去土瓜灣呢間分店，6:50分坐下，已叫 可以 起長腳蚧，到了7:45還沒來，又提醒一下，到8:15沒來，又提醒一下，連隔離枱8:00先坐低，佢地隻蚧都到左。 於是我再趨一次，呢個女侍應不得了，聴完，冇回覆過一句，當我透明 就行開左。於是，再找了另一個女侍應，佢話隻蚧8分鐘到，時間到了。我們找經理，個經理真的好嘢，我地叫佢幾次，都扮見唔到，唔行埋我地張枱。我個 friend 就直接同佢講，夠鐘了 取消。呢個經理終於肯金口，都話8分鐘啦！ 之後 又唔理我地走開左。 我們直接叫埋單。應該再過4分鐘左右，千呼萬喚 等左兩個鐘的 長腳蚧 到左。 但我地已經不要了，叫左埋單，佢地夠膽死，原來hold 住我地張單唔埋。呢個女侍應 攞住隻蚧 走去問人要唔要，仲夠膽同枱客說，我地發脾氣唔要隻蚧。什麼人種？ 於是我地去左附近一家有長腳蚧酒家食，價錢 需要比佢地貴，但好吃，服務態度一流。一家服務欠佳的酒家，上至經理，下至傳菜，都是冇係唔知咩叫  禮貌，比$買難受。以後不會再去海港集團既任何一家酒家。
