好好地一件炸物,就算炸得再香再脆,你放上湯面都係會浸淋,咁點解廚房仲要咁做呢? 我真係唔係好理解。 碗烏冬其實係好食既,又滑又彈牙,而且吉穿隻雞蛋等D蛋汁可以流出黎,個烏冬仲會多左陣蛋香味添,湯底足味而唔會過濃,最敗筆就係將D炸蝦放湯面。 希望餐廳可以留意到啦...
