To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果問番零零年代迫緊深水埗黃金商場附近,當時仲係一間重慶薯粉小店嘅傷心酸辣粉吔緊碗小辣都辣到變膶腸唇嘅紅薯粉嘅我,真係劈頭都諗唔到今時今日小店已可說成集團式多區有分店,仲要搞埋放題!坊間平均稍平嘅放題/自助餐一般都盛惠二三百蚊,呢度係三百幾係3位人頭價,限時90分鐘。如閣下個胃鯨吞量有番咁上下,$108正一塞到肚飽,固然係實惠過去大x樂活一人打邊邊都收接近$80一鍋。當然食品質量自然就價。譬如蟹柳係用透明膠套套住嗰款明顯機切長方形起角嗰種假蟹柳;魚肉燒賣係食唔到豬、魚肉味,靠嘅係味精撈麵粉,工場整成成個泥膠樣嘅燒賣;然後,串串蝦係比赤米更細(佩服員工咁幼嘅蝦都穿到條竹簽入去👏🏻)但零蝦味亦缺乏彈牙肉質⋯⋯另,員工會俾個透明膠杯,稱竹簽用完請放杯內,亦不時推餐車收碗碟,唔駛怕成枱迫爆冇位擠嘢。當然亦有可取自處,否則唔會7點幾起門外排大堆人等位。譬如主打嘅豬肚雞煲,豬肚多係淺啡彈牙嘅肚件,好少深啡硬口。嫌雞件唔夠,出面仲有得自添;嫌肥牛肥,仲有鮮牛肉。去番原點,都係灼灼碗薯粉。灼咗一分鐘鬆啲,已經吸收哂鍋之湯汁,唔駛再點自調醬汁已眾味紛陳。滿足窮食放題願望。
