一鳴燒打正招牌食串燒飲酒,好適合酒友相聚。打正招牌係酒場,仲有188任飲放題,的確唔錯。今晚我哋都係易啲飲下酒食下野為目的,所以就選擇左一鳴燒。一鳴燒落order非常簡便,枱面上嘅落單只,又自己去選擇,想食咩嘢,自己的,非常方便。前菜,我哋選擇左荔枝番茄蟹肉沙律78元。因為覺得佢好特別,荔枝+蟹肉,呢個微妙嘅組合,所以叫黎試下。初初望到沙律上鋪滿蟹肉,無諗過大大個番茄底下,隱藏左另一番風味。蕃茄底下係以粟米為主嘅沙律,所以食嘅時候,要將所有食材混埋一齊食,非常特別。鹽燒五花腩全晚食咗唔少款嘅串燒,鹽燒五花腩係我最鍾意嘅菜式。肥瘦適中,簡單的鹽味,已經好好食。送酒一流!生燒牛舌芯38元佢特別之處係淨牛舌心,即牛舌最滑部分,所以點會唔好食?汁燒白鱔72元爽口既魚肉同香脆外層係賣點。芝士年糕32元既可以飽肚,又可以當甜品嘅燒芝士年糕,極力推介!
